The apartments in the center right are The Fountainhead apartments (1290 N. Washington St.) across from Wax Trax which changed owners from Jim Nash and Dannie Flesher (boyfriend and business partners) to Dave Stidman and Duane Davis in 1978.  It represents both a rare example of direct protest action, apartments in Capitol Hill where LGBTQ people lived, and a gay owned and operated business.]]></dcterms:description>
